I love the bright orange one. And the 'Grins and Giggles' one in your store is so purty.

Diana, I'm going to see if my granddaughter would like the hat. She wears them all the time. Very cold natured girl. If she does, I'll let you know. How much will it be total, also?

Diana, I forgot to answer your question. And you know I love to talk about my critters! I have been selling or giving away alot of them this past month. I am finally down to 4 does, 2 bucks, a heifer, 20 hens and 2 roos. Still have the 6 cats and 3 dogs. But they are all fine. I hope the does are all bred now. The 2 bucks will be going to their new home tomorrow to stay til I need them again next year. I am at a good place now with the size of my herd and flock. I would like another cow to keep Mazie Mae company. She got out this morning and was by the side of the road. I looked out the window and saw a red cow out there and it hit me that it was my bad girl. Thank goodness she likes me and will come when I call her. It also helps that she will plow me down for an apple, too! So I called her a few times and she came running after I told her I had an apple for her. I hope no one was watching that! I was running to get to the gate before she got to me. Very funny. So she's back in the other pasture til I can get the place in the fence fixed that she climbed over.

How are all yours?

Kris

LOL I can just see you running from your cow! Aren't they just a kick?! Mine are all fine. We finally got the barn almost completed (just need to put on the doors) and enough fencing done so that we could move the goats and the goat dog in there for the winter. They love the barn, but i feel bad because they have a really small yard right now, until we can get more fencing done. The llamas are still in the old barn, but we're working on getting their fencing done next, so that we can move them as well. It seems like all we do is fix, build, redo fencing and of course that's the least favorite chore LOL!

Hi Diana, would the mini-skeins be enough to knit a cowl (finished size approx. 6" x 18")?

I am looking for a fabric to go with the other yarns I got...I wanted to do a doll based on the operator of a local CSA that we get a lot of produce from...I'll keep you posted!

Thanks, Debra

Diana, I got the hat today! That was way fast. And it's so cute with the button on the top. I know she will love wearing it and she will be so warm. Thanks so much. And you did a great job. Now what about washing it? Maybe hand wash with cold water?

Hi Kris! I received your card today also...thank you so much! To wash, launder in cold/luke warm water and mild detergent (like woolite or dreft) then rinse and squeeze gently. Wrap in a towel to get out most of the moisture and put it over a bowl in the sun or in front of your woodstove to dry. I hope she likes it! Hugs!
