I guess Gracie and Karen decided they needed a girl day, and I was fortunate enough to be included today. We hit Starbucks for fortification this a.m. and then headed to Value Village, what a good time we had thrifting. Each came out with something....but I think Gracie almost bought out the store!!! I was lucky enough to gather a few Christmas gifts (who thought, at VV??!!). From there we went on to a couple of antique shops (Karen had to check out the "Bag Lady" shop and make sure she was "legit", and not trying to imposter the "Cheneybaglady"!!).A great time was had by all, and I thank you farmgirl sisters for including me!!

You are very welcome and it was a super good time. I was dead on my feet when I got home so that was a sign I had a great time. We can do this whenever you like! Yes, it was a little hard to take that other ladies think of themselves as bag ladies too. Ha...so I guess I am not the only one! :D I think I feel better! Thanks for instigating this Katmom!

all I can say is...thank goodness Karen, your car trunk is mongo big...I can't believe we filled it up! who'd a guessed! lol!

We sure did, Grace found this fun old lamp made out of an old (very large) coffee pot, I got to looking at it and sure enough it was a blue enamel one someone had painted. What a find! I was a way lot more stable, I got some packing material (fun colors), a king size red sheet to make rugs and a very old Cookie King spritz gun to put in my etsy shop. See, I was good this time.....oh, well, I did get some fun retro ashtrays for my shop at an antique shop. Oh, and that fabulous large old jar with a handle, cool one wasn't it, Suzie. Ah, and Suzie did very well indeed. So now you see why we had a blast.
