I awoke to light snowflakes this morning. Our 1st snow. How exciting. I usually turn on the Christmas music and bake my 1st Holiday cookies at the 1st snow. Does anybody else Do this or something like it at 1st snow?

There's something magical about it, isn't there? I always go for a walk when it first snows. I hope we get some snow soon. Cindy |

I love waking up to a first snowfall, and walking out to see the beauty, before the dogs, and kids and trucks, and livestock and, and ...... turn it into mud, lol. But , yes I agree, it is magical.

It depends on when the first snow is! LOL If it's at a reasonable time of year...like now, I love to bake with Christmas music too. However, the first of October....not so much!
Have a great day and bake lots of yummies!

There is nothing like the first snow . . . and yes, when it is at a reasonable time. We have had snow, first one too early in early October with leaves still on trees. The next significant one about 2 weeks ago and it was perfect for inside activities . . . baking, reading, etc. CJ
