Which wound you rather watch, a sunrise or a sunset? I prefer to watch a sunset. The colors are so beautiful.

Hmmm... I love both. I love a good sunrise when the world feels fresh and new- especially with a nice hot drink in one hand and peace of mind. But I love the brilliant displays that sunset can give. Beautiful.

That's like asking which child I love the most. I love looking out my dressing room window and spoting the sunrise and there are few things more beautiful than the sunset. Nope, I can't choose one over the other.

I think because I am a morning person that the sunrise is my favorite time. But I do love a good sunset, too.

My late hubby and I always took time to watch the new day being born, 365 days a year. I have a swing that hangs on my front porch, where we sat with our cup of coffee and watched the day begin together. When he died, I could not watch for a year or so, then I realized that he was still watching them, so , I went back to it, and thats when I close my eyes and talk to him, and tell him what I hope the day will bring. When it comes to sunset, unfortunatly I am usually to busy to watch.

How beautifully stated. I bet your DH is with you for every sunrise and sunset. Have a happy day friend.

I recently started hiking in the late afternoon. I love watching the sun set from the hill I am hiking on...So beautiful.

Both are beautiful. My late grandmother felt strongly about sunrise though, she requested that my mother name me what she thought was the most beautiful time of day.

I love them both. I am up early to get ready for work and I like to take time in the evening to see the sunset...it is peaceful. Either way I think they are both beautiful.

That's a tough one, but I have to say "Sunset."I love when all the birds are chirping softly and settling in for the night.

I haven't experienced enough sunrises to really answer this question, BUT, I do really love sunrises. I'm a photographer (among other things!), and this is one of the best times of day to photograph, the lighting is just incredible.
I also love that it means a brand new day!

Sunset makes me sad, it's like a day has just died. Kwim? It will never be January 25, 2010 again...so I definitely prefer sunrise.

sunset for me. I love the feel of twilight time and the ability to sit down for a little bit and watch the sun go down.

Sunrise for me! The sunrise here is really nice. It appears over the pasture and a small grove of pine trees!!! It's worth getting up for.

It's all good!

I guess if I were a morning person, I'd enjoy the sunrise. And, I do when I see them. But, I'm a night owl, so the sunsets, to me, or just beautiful. Marly

Hmm....I'm a morning person, so I should say sunrise. And I like that a new day is beginning and its a chance to start over. But I also like sunsets, because it is nice to know, in the chaos of young boys and busy life, I made it through another day!!
