The heating element on my dryer went out. My father who has electrical training helped me take my dryer apart and test the element for electrical current. We are sure the element is bad.

So I did some searching online and I can get a replacement element+housing for $65 online or the coil to replace the one in my current housing for $25 or I can buy the housing+element for $100 locally. I am going to order the coil and re-string my element for $25 plus shipping. Dad showed me everthing and restringing it doesn't look too hard! Wish me luck!
