11 acres and a house for that price? Girl, you need to jump on that right away. It sounds too perfect. Just needs another bathroom but for that price you could add one on. That is cute. The pic is a little fuzzy but it sounds great. Good luck.

I wish we could jump. There are a lot of houses like this around East Texas. I am so excited. I already have it cleaned, painted and decorated. : )

A $75,000 "house" here in CA would be a 100yr old Trailer in the WORST park in the State! What a STEAL!!!! I think I'M movin' to TEXAS!!!!!!
