So my husband bought me a new laptop in February. Brand new. In 3 months the AC adapter part broke inside the computer. So I got sent off for repairs under warranty. When it came back I could tell it wasn't repaired properly so I called them and they said they would send me another box so they could re-repair that. That never happened. So in October it died again and I sent it off again. I just got it back and they didn't fix it!! It still won't take a charge! ARGH!
So now they are overnighting me a box and it is going back for a third repair. If it breaks again they are giving me a new replacement and either way I get an extra year of warranty. *sigh* I just hope my poor computer stays fixed this time!
I'd check with the BBB. Here's hoping you get the laptop working ASAP. Marly

Well I will get a new computer if the thing breaks again- but on their dollar. They are taking care of it, I just wish it would have held up to normal use better than this!
