Ok, I think I am back to the me I want to be again. I have felt awful for the past several weeks with being sick and depession. I just wanted to be by myself and have a pity party. But today I actually feel good. I don't feel sick or depressed or angry. It's a beautiful day and I am going outside and fix a stall in the goat barn to put my chickens in. I have been all depressed about them running around all over the place and not a single egg anywhere to be seen. So I am going to catch them all when I get the hen house ready and put them all up. They'll have to lay eggs then. But I actually feel like doing something around here. I have been sitting around thinking it would all get done sooner or later and no one to help so I guess I will have to do it. And I feel ok about it.

I am so sorry I haven't been around here. I miss you all so much. You're all like family and I have not even felt like being here lately. I haven't written letters I have promised I'd send. I will get to that soon. There are so many swaps I'd love to be in but will probably wait awhile to get back into them.

So I am so glad to be finally feeling human again. And to enjoy this beautiful day. The whole week is supposed to be like this. So I need to get out there and take it all in. Join the human race again. It feels good to be back and be myself after all this.

Kris,
I am so happy that you are still feel back to yourself. I know how bad depression and being sick on top of that can be.
I am hoping that you will be feeling sunshine and enjoying thing simple pleasures from here on out!

Kris, I know how bleak depression makes you feel. I suffer from it badly. I'm so glad that you've found your way back to the sunshine *hugs*

Thank you all so much! It has been a great day. I got the chicken house thing almost ready. I just need a door. But I think I'll put up chicken wire for now. And later I'll make a run out the side for them.

Anyway, I have my granddaughter right now. She's doing school work. I'm cooking dinner, too. Wow, this is great! God is good!

Annika, depression is awful. I don't like feeling this way at all. I just want to crawl in a hole and be by myself. And I know that's not a good thing. I need to be around other people. I have almost quit going to church, too. Gotta get back on that horse and ride!

Thanks for thinking of me. It's nice to know people do that and I'm really now alone.

Hooray, Kris, I am so glad to see you back and feeling better. I knew you couldn't stay down for long.
This has been the most difficult year of my life. It is to easy to get sucked down into the dark pit. I fight it everyday.

Another beautiful day here. I am off to make soap today! I met a girl at a market that makes goat milk soap. We are swapping lessons for a buck. So today she is going to make the base. She lives in a sort of commune type community and they live in a tent I think. So we will be making soap outside over a fire. It should be very interesting for sure. I am so excited. It will take ahwile to get there so I am almost ready to go. I'll let ya'll know how it goes.

But Another thing that has really gotten me down (well a few things) is it seems like everything around here is falling apart. Our yard is a huge mud pit-swamp because of a leaky water pipe that just can't seem to get fixed. With $60 water bills the last few months, thet doesn't help. So now I have to hire someone to come fix it.

Then alot of you know about my 92 year old friend, Mrs. T. She enetered a contest the beginning of the year and she has gotten tons of mail from all over the world from all these scams wanting money. Well, they have been calling her telling her she has won up to 2.5 million dollars and they need her to send them so many hundred dollars to process. It's a bunch of crap. Anyway, I have been getting her mail every day for the past several months now. So she doesn't see it anymore. But now the phone calls. She leaves Sunday to go live with her DD for the winter, possibly for the rest of her life. So I am trying to get her going and getting all her stuff ready and winterized and I am just exhausted! I hate to say it but I will be SO glad to see her leave Sunday. I will miss her but I need a break!

SO I think when all this is over I will be ok. I hope I don't sound too hard or cold, but this has really taken a toll on me. And now my DD is working and I have my granddaughter every afternoon. SO have to rush home for that. I'm too old!!!

I hope ya'll have a fantastic day. I am planning to.

Thanks Gena. Sometimes it's good to hear that. I am so hard on myself sometimes and put myself down way too much. So I really need to hear that. Thanks so much.

And thank you, too, Merry. I do feel tons better. I think it's the weather. It's been DRY and beautiful here this week. I just want to be outside doing things now.

My son suffers from depression and it's awful, So I'm glad your on the upside again. You don't sound harsh just truthful. I take care of a 95 or is she 96 now and it takes a lot out of you and your day. Plus she doesn't want to be alive so getting her to move or walk a little is a chore. Enjoy your soap making, it's something I would join you in if I lived closer.

Hope all your days are Sunnydays.
