Right down the middle of my chest - through the bone and muscle and pulled me apart. On 8/24 I had open heart - a two way by pass. Five days later I was home, very sore, but home.
September I was back in the hospital with pulmonary embolisms in my right lung. I was given a ton of blood thinners and became a human pin cushion. The lab took blood three times a day. After another 5 days I went home. I was told to take it easy. The pain was worse when I inhaled.
I was told I'd be ok by Thanksgiving. It has been rough becuase the doctor told me not to do anything but light duty. No dishes or laundry even.
