I went back to work for the first time since my knee surgery at the end of August..subbed in Kindergarten today (will be in 4th grade tomorrow) and it was so fun! I sure have missed being at the elementary school. I was very ready to go back. My knee is achy tonight, but it is most every night by this time anyhow.
I am glad to be getting back to my version of normal. My regular job as a resource aide was cut while I was out recovering..so I am back to subbing now. To be honest I really enjoy being a sub alot more. Not as consistent $$$ wise, but I love it.

I'm glad to know it was a good day, Aunt Jenny. I would imaging, that after a time, one seeks out routine. I know I sure do! Subbing gives you variety :)

How nice to hear you are back to school, I too bet the kids are glad to see you. I have had knee surgery, not a replacement yet, and I know how patient you have to be to get things healed properly. I hope Mona is doing well too!

Mona is doing great. She spent alot of time in her little barn today since it snowed off and on all day. She is not a lover of wet snow..that is what we got today! The sheep don't seem to mind a bit and just stand right in it and let it pile up on their backs...but Mona and little Pearl the angora goat stay warm and dry inside. Mona is due to calve in May...hard to be without her milk..but it gives her time to fatten up and relax.
