Leave a comment there and I will pick a name for the tin picture of the dog with the little girl. I like her but can't fnd just the right place for her.

I love that picture, Nancy Jo. It was originally an ad for GrapeNuts cereal. Her mother is standing at the doorway seeing her off to school. Can you see that in this one? And at the bottom, it says:
"GrapeNuts...There's a Reason". I guess the reason is to send your child off to school energized and ready to learn. :) I have an old one that belonged to an elderly relative. They had a store, and I guess this was an advertising piece. It's very large and hangs on the wall. It's metal.

Nancy, can't leave a comment on your blog, not sure why? I love the tin picture, reminds me of a picture of my Mama when she was little being walked to school by the farm nanny dog, too sweet, thanks for considering me.

Janice, thankyou for the info about the picture. I don't remember that. I remember seeing this picture before but not that it had anything to do with Grapenuts cereal. That was my Grandpa's favorite.
