I have had something like this as have other friends.
Inside our inner ear there are balancing stones and hairs
Sometimes if a stone gets stuck it causes this vertigo.
If you go to a dr. they can prescribe an anti nausea drug and show you exercises that will dislodge the stone
Sometimes a day of doing nothing but bed rest can help |

Don't delay, get it checked out. It could be something bad like an aneurism which could take your life fast. You go girl, NOW!

I see this sometimes at work the thing that we stress is to drink lots of fluid. Dehydration happens fast and stress can make it worse. So Try cutting out caffine and incressing your water intake.

Well, I think we have all definitely shown that we care very much about you, Brooke. ;) I know that you will find your answers the best way you can, and that all things work together for them that love God. I am praying that God will keep you in His watchcare and that you find out what it is you need to know. I'd love to say I have a really great answer, but I'm no DR and so as much as I would love to offer some awesome advice, I really don't have a clue. ;)
