Anyone have a good recipe for making pumpkin ravioli? I have some sugar pumpkins that I'm dying to try as pasta, both as a filling and in the pasta dough.

That sounds really yummy! What kind of sauce would you use?

I've had it in restaurants with a browned butter sauce, flavored with fresh sage. Mmmmmm

I have seen a few recipes for it and always thought Pumpkin Ravioli sounded good, especially this time of year! I looked on Recipezaar, and found several variations of it. Here is one:

Let us know what recipe you decide to use. I think I would love anything that has browned butter!!

Thanks, Toni! I'll give it a try and report how it went.
