Lemon curd, lol. Never done it before and I just finished it. It is now in the fridge, covered with plastic wrap to cool and set. I tasted a little (yeah well DUH!!) and it is SO good YUMMO!!!!
It was a Martha Stewart recipe, and tomorrow I will pour it into little shells for tomorrow eve's bachelerette party for friend A.
I am SO tired at the moment, busy with the party AND helping friend A with a lot of preps for the wedding in two weeks. Planning, shopping, ideas, making things etc, etc. BUT love doing it so.....
But anyways, the lemon curd is ready, YAY! Another notch on the list lol
Hugs from Marian/Dutchy, a farmgirl from the Netherlands :)

Oh Yum Marian! I'm sure that everyone will love it! You are a good friend I have never made it before. Karrieann, to me it's kind of like a Lemon Meringue pie filling. I'm sure someone else could explain it better :)

LOL It would never last in my frig that long!! I make it at least once a month and it never stays more than a few days. Little tarts topped with blue berries, curd on lemon cookies with coffee, in fried pies. The list goes on and on I just lovvvveeeee lemon curd.
Smiles, Melody June
