Hi,
Would they be a certain size? I do have some.... I think I have two sets, one is stuck in an afghan but will never, ever finish, lol!!!

I have a set you are welcomed to. I don't know what size they are though. In comparison, they are about the same width around as my size G crochet hook ;)

O.K. Girls I checked this out with my daughter who is making mittens,hats and scarfs for children in need.
One pattern calls for circular 3.75mm/ US# 5
and she could also use 4 open ended 4.5mm/US #7
please check what you have and let me know - sorry I am so
unknowledged about knitting.
If any one has soft yarn I will barter for that also to help the cause.

Well, I don't have any open ended and the circulars I have are not size 5! I thought I had a pretty good collection of sizes-guess not. Sorry I couldn't be of help. Good luck finding some and please thank your daughter for me for the wonderful thing she is doing.

I guess technically they wouldn't be a "pair" of circular needles, would they? I meant "one set" of circular needles.  |

Hi Carol, and welcome to the group its the best for a country lady that I can think of !
I think yours might be the smallest I've found yet and I'm sure that she'll make good use of them.
What would you like in trade? Check my etsy and blog or suggest something, I have been trying to down size so I have some of everything, even if you don't see it, just ask.

Hi again ZenGoddess,
I'm pretty easy as far as the trade goes...I'm getting back into sewing after a break of many years, so I can always use a small contribution to my fabric scrap stash. Some specific needs at the moment: cotton christmas fabric, 2 inch cotton squares (pinks, greens, browns), recycled denim squares 5", pink or white ribbon. I love vintage hankies. My mother-in-law collects Magic Crochet magazine back issues. Small fabric gift bags. I dunno...surprise me.
I also have an extra 4.25 mm (US size 6) size available as well. If you'd like me to send that set,too, just LMK. Most of my duplicate circular needles are in larger sizes (US size 10 & 10.5)
I can send off the needles today if you'll email me your addy.

Oh Sue you'll be easy, I have a huge stash of material but nothing cut, fat qtrs are about as small as I have but I have everything on your list. I will e-mail you my addy and start gathering !!
