We're saving carrot, bush & pole beans, broccoli, bulb fennel, tomatoes,
squashes, tomatillas, cucumbers, lettuce.

I'm a novice to seed saving.

Anyone interested in any seed swaps?

Some Kabocha squash I bought this week (wow!!!), zinnias and my baby bell peppers. Pretty much everything else I still have seed leftover so hopefully it'll still be viable next year. Going to freeze them for insurance.

We are saving okra, mustard, 4 o'clocks. I am sure there is more than that but can't think right now. What I am doing is taking cuttings to try and over winter some of my annuals. One of my favorite is the red shield hybiscus. I too, have a lot of seeds left over. Most will be viable. Tomatoes last a long long time.

I have never froze seeds. Do they do well?? I keep my seeds in a rubbermaid tote here in my office. The tote actually belongs in the closet but seems there is hardly a week goes by that I'm not into it for something. So it just sits here waiting for me to put something in or take something out.
