The federal food stamp program is taking submissions of healthy, cheap recipes for a recipe database on their website. This way, people on food stamps can search recipes that are not only healthy, but also can be made with foods that are allowed on the food stamp program and fit in the budget of a person on food stamps.
Here's the submission form: http://www.nal.usda.gov/fsn/add_recipe.shtml Each recipe is reviewed to see if it's compatible with both the nutritional and budgetary guidelines of the program.
