I finally got Mary Jane's book!

Finances are always tight around here as I am in college and self-employeed. I can either have money- or an education so I have to compromise on full-time schedule to get my degree.

So I don't get to give myself a lot of extras and I have really really wanted Mary Jane's book for a while.

My boyfriend and I were in Hastings the other day and I walked past a beautiful display with her books- but HE stopped and picked it up!! He leafed through it a bit and bought it for me with out me even asking! It is also one of the autographed ones. :) I was so happy! He even started reading bits of it in the car!

He thinks it is really neat that the Farm is so close to where we live!

Anyway I am really excited and had to share :)

I love the book too Alyssa. I just realized you are in Moscow. How lucky are you? Have you been to her farm? You will LOVE the book, I refer to it at least a couple times a day for something!!

Leah- I clean houses. It is a great business to be in to put yourself through college

Kristi- I have been to the farm for the last Farm Fair, however the friend I was with had just found out she was pregnant and did not want to stay very long. I hope to be a vendor for this farm fair this summer! :)

Alee,

Hope you have a booth. I'll be by to see you at the fair! Just got my book recently too. Isn't it wonderful?

I do love her book! I don't have any sewing skills but some of the tips in the book makes me want to run out and buy fabric to make an apron! :)
