Some of you have been emailing me about where I am at, I have had so much garden this year but am finally done as of Friday last.Have had my darling little man everyday for two months, I can never begin to tell you how much he has meant to our lives.He is almost 8 moths old 25 pounds and 29 long. He is a beautiful little boy. He has one upper tooth and one lower with two on the way. Now for the heartache, our DL left last tues taking little man with her. She refuses to let our son see the baby so he will have to get a court order.She now realizes her mistake and wants to come home the next min she wants son to come to her. We have been expecting this for some time but it hurts so bad anyway.Sterl and I are trying to stay neutral because if it doesnt work out hopefully it can be on friendly terms. I feel so sorry for our son, he has killed his self this year trying to work and get ahead some, then I feel sorry for her because she wasnt happy here.Sometimes we just have to except what happens and go on. She did tell me no one had ever been better to her in her life than Sterl and I have and that she loves our son. Please pray for our family and pray that everything works out for our little man. Please remember I love you all I just havent been up to writing

I have a good idea on how you feel, and I am so sorry for you all. My middle son and his wife split up 4 years ago, and she and my 1st grandchild/son, moved to Oregon. It broke all of our hearts, not just missing the boy, but my D-in Law also. Everything in the end worked out for the best, and she comes down and visits 4 or 5 times a year, her and I are still close and talk on the phone, and email on a regular basis, I know its not the same as them being here all the time, but its the best it can be other wise.

Oh miss wilma!! My heart aches for you; your heart knows what is right & that little boy coul not ask for better grandparents. You two are the best of the best. We all love you!!!

Oh Wilma...I will sure keep you in my prayers. I have been in the same situation and it is so hard. I hope she changes her thinking soon and things get better. I am so glad you had the little guy so much for awhile. I miss my little granddaughter so much. YOu hang in there..we are all pulling for you!

Wilma, There is nothing like the love of a gramma. It's so hard sometimes you just want to keep them all safe and happy. I know I am a gramma and I'm up at 4am because I can't stop thinking about my grandson who is being watched by mommy's boyfriend every now and then just for a few hours,but I don't care that much about him, I think he's mean. I have to keep the peace so I can see my grandson who will be 3 tomorrow and get him a few times a week. I can't image him moving far away. I will pray for you and all of your family. It's just so sad that people don't keep their familys together any more and or work out their problems together. Stay strong. I will keep you and that beautiful little baby in my prayers.

Miss Wilma, I know what you are going through. I have 2 granddaughters that are with their dad. Not a good situation. But I have to "be nice" so we can see them. I hate divorce when there are kids involved. You will be in my thoughts and prayers. I hope they do get things worked out especially for the little guy. He needs all of you.

Miss Wilma - Prayers are being said for you and the little man and your whole family. She will remember how good you have been to her, and she'll be back, I would bet money on it. I will pray that she and your son can find a strength in their relationship that will not break again. Love you, and I know how your heart is aching for the little guy and for your kids.

Miss Wilma,
I was just thinking about you yesterday and was missing you. But then I know with all you have going on in the last months you have been busy. You have a lot on your plate. So I was happy to see your post, then sad to see the problem you are having. Give it time and keep the love going to all three, my Grandmother with her huge family always did that, and they all would come back no matter what side they were on. She always used to say, I don't take sides, I'm just here.

She has let me talk to him two times, I talk into the phone just like I do when he comes in the back door, he just does the baby talk but its such a treasure to hear.I just hope and pray for his sake this can be on friendly terms but its not looking like it.Thanks for all your support

Dana by law she has to let us see him for 3 hours a day 3 times a week. I have called her bluff on this but so far she hasnt answered. We also have the right to see him by himself for the three hours, my guess is she wont let it happen. Now dont this sound crazy, she set in my living room and told me NO ONE had ever been as good to her as Sterl and I had, yet she took off 3 days later and refused to let us see him
