I found another use for our aprons. My Mom has to use a wheel chair and I have to load that heavy bugger into my car. Well I was getting a dirty shirt leaning that thing on me to try and push it into the car, so I figured I might as well carry my apron with me and everytime I have to take the wheel chair in and out my shirt won't get dirty. Great idea! Mine is usually used for a toddler tissue, much to my shame, but at least it keeps me clean and toddler tissue-eque free! :) lol hugs

I have aprons for everything. I use one that is plastic when I am painting on paper or fabric. I have another I use for making lefse (a thin Norwegian potato taco-like flat bread) one for sewing (a half apron with lots of pockets) one for gardening, etc. I can't eat without a bib because I seem to "drop" things lol. They are great.

I love an apron with big pockets because my toddler is constantly picking up gross little bits from who knows where and either she's handing them to me and I have to grab and put them somewhere or fish them out of her mouth all while holding my infant. I love, love, LOVE those big ol' pockets!

Heather: what would we do without pockets in EVERYTHING! Love that toddler and give her a hug for me. Kids grow up to fast!

What great uses, I use my apron as an egg holder when gather eggs, a sweat rag when cooking(if needed) sometimes a hot pad holder. So many uses what do people do with out them? Blessings,Karen
