I just went through my scraps from quilts and the smaller ones I have cut into 6 inch squares. I figure I will need a gazillion of these for a quilt so what I am asking for is 1 or 2 from you I really would like not to use the same square twice. So if you have a minute and would cut me a 6x6 inch square of cotton fabric and send it to me I would get started.

I was just going through my stash of odds and ends fabric yesterday thinking I needed to cut some into squares.

I agree!!!! I would love to get in on a swap for 6 " squares...but I am not good at organizing...I'm not sure how we would do it, maybe one person can collect fabric preferences & mailing addresses & email them to all the participants & we could each send 2 or 3 squares to each participant. Any thoughts on that ladies??? We all have fabric stashes!

On the stitching and sewing topic there is a Charm square swap going on 1/5 sets same fabric sent in and divided. There is a theme to this one usually there is I juat wanted one or two something to put in the mail with a regular stamp and added to my quilt.
But I am game for anything.

I am loving every square that I am getting Thanks so much every one I have a couple of things to finish up and then I will start on the scrappy quilt. I will post pictures. I am thinking a basic 9 patch with a frame around each 18 inch block.
