Who knew it was so good. I like cabbage but had no idea that fresh from the garden is sooo good. Now what do I do with the other 2 giants still in the garden?

One of my favorite dishes is Cooked hamburger in the bottom of a big dutch oven pan layered with oinions, then cabbage lots of cabbage covered with tomatoes & tomato juice, cover and bake till the cabbage is cooked my mom adds minute rice to the hamburger and it soaks up the tomato juice and oh it's so good.

Hope all your days are Sunnydays.
