When I make certain baked goods or do canning I need to use a food scale to weight flour or spices and found that the USPS scale I bought to weight packages I sold on eBay to make sure I added the right amount of postage, works GREAT for a food scale. It has a washable cover and is electric so I never worry about batteries going dead. ~Beth~

Ohhhhhhhh, we lived at Apple Hill on the weekends. Apple everything! I want to go home!!!!! And it's apple time almost. Just can't afford to live there anymore.
