I bought some of the corn items on special for the sister's this month and are they ever great. My family loves the cornbread. I have to buy more. We've tried the bare burrito and will try the chowder tonight. I don't know the ratio of flour to corn but it did not bother my blood sugar. I'm very sensitive to sugars even starches. I was so happy. That was my first piece of corn bread in 4 years. Thanks MaryJane!
