Hi gals,
does anyone know who to contact about not getting the lastest magazine? We renewed on-line with bill pay, and I still haven't recieved the latest issue. I couldn't find anything concrete as far as a contact on the magazine, or the website. Thanks!

You can do it all online, if you go to www.maryjanesfarm.org and click on the magazine section, then there is a list on the right hand side that says Magazine Customer service which takes you to this page:
https://secure.palmcoastd.com/pcd/eServ?iServ=MDEwMDI1MDI1MQ==
where you can log in and report missing issues, change address and all sorts of things!

Hi Dalyn, I haven't gotten mine yet either - I'm about ready to give up on this issue. Here is the post from the customer service rep who gives her contact info in the other thread about not receiving our mags.

"Hello Farmgirls,

Let's give the postal delivery through the weekend and if your August/September issue does not arrive by Saturday's mail please email me your name and address directly at customer_service@belvoir.com and I'll have another copy shipped first thing Monday.

I did contact her, twice, about my missing issue, but I still don't have one. Good luck getting your problem resolved!

I was tempted to buy one at my favorite local supermarket, Rosauers, but they also had the new Hobby Farm Home...and well, hy buy a duplicate magazine when you can get two fun farm theme ones??
