The strawberry vine;
yields fruit , sweet and
divine.
Ruby red-sweet , and juicy.
Fruity, sweetness ;
bringing alive my taste bud
and senses.
A summertime treat ;
put in a tiny yellow cup cake.
so neat and sweet.
A dollop, two , or three.
of whipped cream.
Seen also in my dreams.
These three ingredients
so simple.
yet, so tempting
Hooray , I say;
for the strawberry
a sweet , red, ruby
summertime treat !
