Just finished these. So Posted a picture. I really like the smell of the one I stuffed with sweet Annie. One is with lavender, and that is my last kitchen towel to embroider until I order more.

Hey Nancy-Jo...I am growing sweet annie this year. What the heck do I do with it? What do I actually dry and utilize?

Adorable, as usual. Your work is wonderful!

Jonni,
Not sure. All the sweet annie I have was sent to me by a farm girl or I ordered from a craft place on line. I would guess that you just cut it and hang it up to dry. It seems to last forever, the stuff I used today for that sachet is a few years old and still smells really good. Maybe Miss Wilma would know exactly what to do with it. It must be a more Southern thing, I never see it up here.

Thanks, Nancy...it must be. I actually picked it up at a nursery near Columbus, Ohio because I'd never seen it anywhere near home. It sure is tall and smells so good. I'll start taking some clippings of it and hang them to dry to see how I do :)

And if you let it go to seed, you'll never have to buy it again. :D I had one last year that got as tall as a Christmas tree(sort of looked like one, too). This year, several have come up near the camper and I've just let them do their thing. Haven't tried drying them, though.

I never see it up here. Some that I ordered was sent to me green and moist, not dried and it is still here. Maybe you don't have to dry it before you use it. Yes Janice, you may nver have a shortage of it from now on. I think I paid eight dollars for a small bunch. Better set up that road side stand. All that Dry wall you bought is not cheap
