Hi Yarnmamma,
Looks like we are partners. Yippee! I emailed you and saw that you emailed me back but I am having trouble opening my email so hopefully I can get in to it soon. Can't wait to start shopping for a pattern and fabric.

I got a cortisone shot in my knee and was told not to do too many stairs, ha! I live in a split level! So I finished Marcy Jo's apron. It was the surest way to make me stay on one level!

As usual your the winner. Merry I love that you get er done. I got the fabric and the pattern and will start on Monday I am going to Seattle this weekend with my DD. I am thinking of doing some quilt piecing on the top and just make the bottom a solid piece. Still planning it out.

Jonnie,

I found the cutest pattern and am still looking for fabric. Hobby Lobby had some, but none I liked. Michael's was worthless. I went to Hancock's and they said it was in the back. I told them I'd be back next week to check it out. I hope I do this right.

Any questions, just get back to me.

Kay, Hancocks is my favorite! Great fabric store. :)

It looks like most of you girls are very far away from MO. But we do have a fabric store in Springfield called the FM Fabric Store that you all would love. It's a very old place and it's basically set up like a warehouse. I bought some beautiful wool fabrics there last year (100% wool, goregous) for making suits. $5 - $6 per yard! And they have EVERYTHING. Upholstery fabrics, cotton, courduroy, satins, silks, wools, vinyl, you name it they've got it. The prices are ridiculously low. It is a fantastic place. So, if you're ever in Springfield, MO. area you should stop and check it out.

Hi, Kay! I have found a pattern and fabric - fun halloween print with three coordinating fabrics. I hope you like ruffles!

Whew, it's too HOT!!!!

Tammy, I went to JoAnns today got some cute material. I'm going to make a reversible half apron. Hope that you'll like. A few days ago e-mailed you my info. Got yours. Hopefully I be able to start on yours Monday.

Jonnie,

I've never really had ruffles, but it sounds wonderful. I am getting so excited each day. Either this afternoon or tomorrow the granddaughter and I are going back to Hancock's to see what they have. Once I start my new job, I won't have the day to run around in, but will look forward to the evenings. This so so much fun!!!

I know what you mean by HOT! We were out in the country and even with a breeze it was miserable! We hated coming back to the city.

My stepsister lives in Houston and Mom and Dad would only go down during the fall and spring. Mom hated it in the summer. But then, I had a strange mother.

I'm done. Finished today. I had alot of fun planning and sewing. Did some reinforcing of the seams so the clothes pins wouldn't put the seams out. Really cute Halloween fabrics my sister pulled from her stash. OH, everyone is giving their ages here. I am 53. Can't wait for time to send this apron off.

Sheyl-lyn,

I can attest to the cuteness of the apron!! As always, Beth's creations are original and well-made.

Blessed day to everyone!

And, I am 56 since we're telling.

You girls are soooo far ahead of me. Here I thought I had all this time, now I feel like I should get on it! LOL!! But I will be done in plenty of time.

Allright, since we're telling ages, I guess I'll reveal mine. I just turned 31 on Monday, July 6th.

Linda,
Still can't open my email but full apron average size would be good. I wear a large so it all depends on what average is to you. What size and type would you like since I can't read your email quite yet. I think I need to upgrade my internet explorer and will work on that if I have time tomorrow.
