I have two plants of mustard greens and dont have a clue how to eat them do they go in salads or cook like turnip greens? I have always planted collards and someone gave me these two so hey I never turn down new veggies! Now I just need to know how to eat them.

When they are young, they are a tasty addition to salad, but as they mature, I like them steamed with a bit of butter. Some people add crumbled bacon to steamed greens, but I've never tried it. I hope that helps...Now I want steamed greens for dinner lol!

I LOVE mustard greens...sauteed with olive oil and fresh garlic....you can boil them or use them any way you would use collards too.
