I've decided to put a stop to my magazine madness.....but the piles are still here! So, if anyone is interested in having a couple three or dozen...LMK! *sigh* I have a huge pile headed for the hospital for the waiting room (have you noticed they always seem to be about 6 years old?) and another for the library "free" shelf. I just can't afford to mail them all.....

But here's what I saved for any of my farmgirl sisters...there are tons of great ideas, recipes, crafts, and inspiration in these pages.

-Hobby Farms - jan/feb, may/june, july/aug, sept/oct --all 2008 gone
-Hobby Farms - mar/apr, may/june --both 2009gone
-Knit Along w/Deb Macomber A Good Yarn - a book not a mag but in the pile.
-Mary Englebreit Home Companion - Nov 08, Jan 08 gone
-Countryside & Small stock Journal - Sept/Oct 08
-Grit - Jan/Feb 09 (farm animals & starting your garden early)
-Farm & Ranch Living - Nov 08 (Kodiak AK Cowboys)
-Country Woman - 11/07, 3/08, 5/08 gone
-Fons & Porter Love of Quilting - March/April 05, Nov/Dec 05, July/Aug 06, Nov/Dec 06 (packed w/cute quilts!) gone
-Belle Armoire Art to Wear - Mar/Apr 07
-Knit Simple - fall 07, spring/summer 08
-Easy Knitting - Spring/summer 04, fall 04
-Knit It! - 2004 (spring)
-Interweave Knits - Spring 04
-Creative Knitting - 11/05, 5/06, 9/06, 11/06
-Crafts n' Things - 10/08, 12/08, 2/09gone

Whew! So there you have it. email me if you are interested in any. I don't need any more "stuff" right now but if you feel like you can send a couple bucks to help cover postage, that would be great!

I'll wait for replies for about a week, then off to the "free" shelf at the library!

The Fons and Porter mags from '05... do either of them have patterns in them to make crib sheets? I wanted my aunt to make some and she said they were in an issue of Fons and Porter that she didn't have *gasp* ;) And the Fons and Porter store didn't have any either.
If one of thoses issues has that pattern I would love to have it. One more baby on the way and I could use some warm flannel or fleece sheets.. I can send a few $$ your way..
Thanks
Elise

Elise, sorry, no. But I did find a crib set pattern at their site. Is that it? http://www.shopfonsandporter.com/productdetail/BRC-P.htm

Thanks Star, but I don't think so..
I never actually saw the magazine or pattern. My aunt was the one who thought se had saw it and the lady at the store looked it up and said they didn't have it.
No help huh?! lol
I don't think that one is it, because for all I know it was just the sheet.

Hi Elise!

I have used these directions for crib sheets; I like these directions because she clarifies for knit v. woven fabric.

Thank you so much Lizabeth! I will email this link to my aunt and she if she still wants to make me some! The baby will be sleeping with us for a bit. Our basement has concrete walls and floors and it gets chilly where the upstairs is much warmer, hard to even out.. I mean I just took off our flannel sheets! It's June for Pete's sake!! lol IF I have that warm layer under the baby I woun't feel the need to heap the blankets on. :)

I emailed you about the Crafts 'n Things magazines. I would love them if they are still available.
