Today I made a strawberry rhubarb pie with MaryJane's recipe for the butter cookie pie crust in the June/July issue. I think it's my favorite pie crust ever! I haven't cut into the pie yet, saving it for my honey but it sure looks and smells fantastic!

I think I will make a stright strawberry pie no rhubarb. It is a nice cool day for baking.

Well, that pie crust recipe takes the cake! I'm not a fan of shortening pie crust, this crust tastes like a shortbread cookie! Yum yum!
