Wilma - Little man almost made it to that twenty pound mark! :D
frannie - your dad's toys would be jewels in an antique toy museum. They are wonderful. And if you get to come to Wilma's in the fall, we'll come pick you up at the airport and take you to Wilma's!

yes, yes, yes!!!! I sooooo want this to happen! Frannie, if you could make it to Wilmas in the autumn, it would be a dream come true.
I am so happy to know that your Daddy made those toy trucks--what a special memory to have from him. We girls, we do love our daddy's, don't we? I think Justin is planning on making Violet a dollhouse--hopefully she will appreciate it! I didn't, I wanted to be OUTSIDE all day and didn't care for dollies.
Thanks Miss Wilma, for the nice compliments about Violet. I can't wait for she and little Brian to meet and roll around on the blanket in the sunshine. Lord, by that time, she'll probably be speaking in full sentences and spouting quantum physics!

Hello Miss Wilma....long time no hear from....I had some email/ISP problems for awhile, in fact Gabe from MJ's was terrific in helping me solve them...it was my ISP blocking anything and everything from MJ's....can you imagine!?!?!? It took a month to get them to admit it and then to fix it....but I digress! Your grandson is just too cute....what a bundle of joy he must be. Congrats....they always say that Grandchildren are the reward for not killing your kids! LOL! Is Violet the new baby that was born to one of our Farmgirls here and she had a posting on it with pictures from the hospital? It was right after that I had my email/ISP problems and I've been wondering how she and baby were. I just finished my first beginners quilt class and LOVED it....I'm making quilts for my grandbabies and having a ball getting back into sewing and I was eyeing those quilt blocks you had....are there any left? I love the "old" fabrics especially from the 30's and there abouts. My relatives were all "career" women and never quilted or did any of that that I know of...I might be the first one! LOL!Good to hear from you and love your gardens! How's your neighbor doing? Tell her I said hello and hope you all have a great summer! Stay in touch!

Good to hear from you to Sandra, yes the little violet belongs to Jonnie , she is so adorable and such a good little baby, ours can let out bellers as loud as he is big. I probably have fabrics, I have promised my old doll dress patterns to Step, am in the process of empting the sewing house, send me your address for fabric. Will be posting later on the things I am getting rid of. I know I have some good solids in cotton fabric for quilts. This will all be cheap, I am definately retiring except for my dolls and criters. Now if this is not a retiree I dont know how, I had an old fish tank here well I started to throw it in the dump, instead I filled it with dirt, put a bunch of fish worms in it and covered it with screen. Now just as soon as I can get time I am going FISHING

hi miss wilma, had my 5th of 6 chemos today so was away from home. at this hour dh is asleep and for once, i am the one awake, so i thought, i am gonna go take a peek at miss wilma's little man, and also at miss wilma's shop. i had such a good time and your little man is adorable. i know you are having a great time with him. i also have been really conjurin up some projects with old ticking, and somefeed sacks or old homespun, or linens, kinda on the order of the "scraps" that you sent me one of the times you sent me some treasures. what i am thinking of is larger pieces, do you have any larger pieces for covering stools making pillows or even using for upholstering furniture pieces? i might also be able to combine them with some of my fabrics. i know ticking and such can be pricey but let me know and i will be able to tell if it would work for me. thanks. oops also, miss wilma, i know you are abusy woman, do this at your own convenience cause as ya know i am in no rush these days!
