Wow , it was scary this morning
We had a earthquake.
I think it was 2.5 or so.
It started in another town up the road from us.
my Mom and one of my brothers said they never felt it
They are on the other side of the town.
Son came running in the room asking if I felt it and was okay
I told him yep
Hubby slept through it until he heard son ; and the commotion.
Honseltly hubby could sleep through anything.
We went down to the farm today and talked to the guy who is going to put in the counter tops.
We heard and saw wild geese honking and flying .;
they were at the creek getting water.
I didn't get to see them up close ; cause I can't see that far;
but I heard them.
I told hubby; if worst came to worst we might have to eat one of them or the turkey or deer.
I don't like wild meat; but if I am hungry and have to ; I could.
We have sent oddels of boxes again to the Good will.
We have packed up more things.
My oldest brother came and helped hubby put up some storeage shelves in our basement that he had given my hubby
Hubby said they looked nice
Now I can put some of my books down there ; but will have to go out and around to the basement door; as I can't climb the stairs much anymore.
I will be glad to have a one floor home.
I can hardly wait.
Hopefully soon,
Hope to get son to do some more video and to show yall. hugs Sheila

Wow, an earthquake?! I didn't know Virginia had earthquakes. We have them in Oklahoma, too. But they are rare.

Sounds like the farm is coming along nicely! Bet you are excited.

I am trying to declutter too, but because I can't stand it anymore! LOL

Farmgirls don't have hot flashes ~ They have power surges!

So glad you and your family are safe. Earthquakes sound scary. We've had them in IL, but I never felt the tremors. Hopefully you won't experience anymore!

I am glad we all all safe too
It is scary.
We hardly ever had earthquakes or tornadoes until a few years back
they are scary.
Times are changing I guess hugs sheila
