I will eat just about any vegie but I must admit Kale has not been on my fav list but with this recipe I will give it another try - I know it is a great body builder - Thanks so much for sharing the recipe.

I learned to rethink kale when I married an Italian guy. It's great in soups and stews. Moosewood cookbooks have great soup/stew recipes with kale.
