I used MJ's Black Bean Flakes to make a seven layer dip for a dinner party we were invited to. It was a hit to say the least. Every one wondered if I had made my own black refried beans. I gave all the credit to MaryJane. *S*

I LOVE the Black Bean flakes! They rock! In fact I love all of the MJF Black Bean foods! I literally had a dream about the Black Bean and Corn Chowder the other night! LOL
That black bean and corn chowder is my total favorite. I bought it in bulk last time and it is SOOOOO wonderful to have it on hand all the time. I love the black bean flakes too.

We always have a huge jar of black bean flakes, along with some masa and budget mix to make tortillas...my husband must make the tortillas at least once a week. They are so good, he even keeps extra balls of the dough in the fridge for last minute snacks the next day. mmmmm Rebekka

Shhhhh... Don't tell anyone but I've had at least one Black Bean burrito every week for the last 10 years. I think it says something about how good they are that I have never even imagined trying something different. (Like Pinto beans which are also tasty)
I am usually the dinner cook at my house since my wife is a Kitchen manager and she gets tired of looking at food. When she is working late or out shopping with the family it just Me, my burrito and my Beagles.
