"He who works with his hands is a laborer, he who works with his hands and his head is a craftsman, he who works with his hands, head and heart is an artist." -St. Francis of Asisi
With the pain killers they will give you, you should feel great. When my son had his out I had to drive him, he was so funny telling the doctor what a great mom I was and he kept laughing. I asked the doctor if I could bring him back a few times a years. I hope you have it as nice as he did.
My daughter had to have all 4 of hers removed when she was 16. They gave her some Valium when she got there and before she went back she thought that Time magazine was the funniest thing she had ever read. Once they got her back there and started gassing her, though, she got a little paranoid that the cars she could see coming off the freeway would fly over and crash into her. But she was great after that. Very happy.
