I think it will only be available at farmfair at the mill in Oakesdale for it's premier showing, then only in quilt shops if I understood right.

Well I just got even more excited about the fabric launch! We just found out that we're expecting a baby GIRL! I have two sons, so this is my first baby girl - I am so very very excited. I'm thinking that since we're on our little farm and our little girl will be raised a farm girl that her layette just might have to reflect it! What do you think? Would these fabrics not be just so cute for a little farm girls nursery?

Congrats AlyssaMarie! They would be a perfect beginning for a little farm girl. I can't wait to get my hands on some of it too.

I checked out the link also. They even have a pattern for a quilt using the farmgirl fabrics. They are all so fun! It will be great to be able to "pet" them all in person at the mill. hehehe

I missed that quilt link the first time! Thanks, Vicki, for pointing that out. It will be mine, oh yes, it will be mine (insert evil laugh here).

I noticed another topic that stated we need to use cash for all purchases, as most of the vendors are small and not set up for credit cards. Does anyone know if MaryJane will be allowing credit card purchases for the fabric?

Theresa-
Thanks for the link to the fabrics. I'd been watching for that but didn't realize it was finally there! Also, I am glad to know about needing cash because I was planning to use credit as well. Good to know. Will be interested to know whether or not MJ will have credit card sales because I was hoping to buy lots!!

This fabric is just so cute! I can't wait to get my hands on some. I'm going to call the local quilt shops and inquire.

At Farm Fair, we asked if the fabric would ever be available online. MaryJane's son asked how it would be purchased. Several ladies answered that most on-line fabric stores sell by a minimum of one yard cut. He told us that they would definitely look into this. So hopefully............maybe when the new line comes out in the fall???

I would like some for an apron or two, myself in my Grandma's pattern. I just love the prints & colors. They remind me of my favorite farmgirls, my Great Grandma. She taught me the love of sewing, recyling fabric making quilts. Thanks again MaryJane!

Those fabrics are beautiful. I will go look for them at my local quilt supply store.
