Well, I started eating healthier and walking more on Monday. The first 3 days were H E C K but today, I feel lighter and healthier. I even have cramps and I am surviving. I have been drinking a ton of water and I think I detoxed or something because my face looks like a volcano right now and I do not get acne.

I am still only getting about 6-7 hours of sleep, but I do feel a bit better. So I am getting there. I will weigh myself on the 1st of May to seen where I stand.

Just some inspiration.

Hey Heather, congrats.!!!! those first few days are murder. the acne does sound like a detox, temporary situation.
