If I could I would run away from home and never come back
All I am asking is peace
Is that to much?
I have dealt with this for years.
There is no where really I can go
I have not worked since we have been married for 34 years
It isn't my hubby;
but most of it is his fault
I will not go into de-tail
as it is no use.
It is a hard situation for others to understand
with all my health problems and this it is enough to put me in the crazy house.
I know I complain alot.
If you all would pray for my family; I would appericate it very much. thanks sheila.

Don't need to know the details. I know you are hurting on top of not feeling well and things aren't good right now for many reasons. It caught my heart to read your post. I will remember you and your family to the Lord. May the path to peace be shown to you...Debbie

Shelia,
I am imagining you flying over to Kittyhawk and resting next to the ocean. I feel you needing a break more than ever. Try to honor your marriage to yourself and then your husband. It sounds like you need energy to heal and your family takes it before you can use it to mend.
Maybe if you can't leave for an ocean retreat, lock yourself in the bathroom (when I do this I only light one little candle so I dont get distracted by how much I want to change, what I consider disgusting bathroom, but when it is all you got. . .).
The idea is to go relax, rest and let the water wash your worry, scorn and self doubt away. When I do this I ask the lord, or goddess, or whomever you call to, to embrace me and give me power.
I used to ask for strength, then my husband pointed out I was strong enough. He said I was getting what I was asking for, more battles to exercise and strengthen my spirit. SO now I ask for "power" or "energy" to help me help others.
The most important is being empowered to take care of oneself so we can take care all our love ones.
I want to encourage you to be easy and nice to yourself, treating yourself to something good. Because darn it Shelia
YOU DESERVE IT!

Sheila, I am thinking about you and praying that you will find the peace and strength you need to get through this. Go take a break and go for a walk by yourself for awhile. Do something for YOU. It sounds like you are all about your family and don't take the time you need for yourself. We all need that, you know. We are women. We need alone time.

I thank you for praying for me and all the wonderful suggestions
I just get so frustrated what with the de-cluttering and moving.
My problems deal with people and health too
if it ain't one thing it is another.
I try to leave my burdens at the foot of the cross and let Jesus carry them.
But, stress is right there with all the time.

Sheila, I'm praying for you and your family. I hope that you take some time and do something just for yourself. A nice walk in a park or the countryside, a long, hot, scented bath, or just anything to relax and concentrate on yourself. Stress is hard on you and I hope you get a break soon.

Just know you are in my thoughts and prayers always, hon.
And you know, with going away and never coming back, you take yourself with you! I know what you mean though, i have those same urges almost daily, to just shut out the world, and hide.
But prayer helps.
