Okay, I finally figured out how to do the pictures of the fleeces. The first picture is the washed Leicester Longwool locks that I consider craft quality that I am selling for $5 a pound. There is approximately 10 pounds available. I am selling this as craft quality because I felt that the fleece had gotten a little felted in the washing. However other spinners have felt that it can be pulled apart and carded if someone wants to make the effort. However I am selling it for crafts since I do not want to guarantee spinning quality. It is bright white and the picture does not do it justice because of the lighting and it is up against an orange blanket that cast an orange glow which it definitely does not have? Any questions about it ask me.
This is my premium washed Leicester Longwool locks that is spinning quality. Hence the price is higher - $12 a pound. It is ready to be carded or combed (which is what I recommend for Leicester Longwool) and then spun into gorgeous yarn. It is bright lustrous white with a long staple and a soft handle. I also have Leicester Longwool roving for sale for those who just want to spin. So these are the choices. Of course there are always raw fleeces available too. Hope this helps explain my posting. Sara, The wool came yesterday and I really like it! It did felt a bit, but I have found if you gently pull it open it will separate and card very nice! I am very happy with it! The locks are just beautiful and it spins very nice! I will post a pic for you later today!

| I still have some of the craft quality wool for sale. I also have some of the higher quality washed locks available for spinning too. Just had the whole flock of sheep sheared today! It was such a bright, sunny day and the sheep looked so happy to shed their winter coats and frolic in the sunshine on the green grass. |

[How wonderful! Spinning is a fun hobby. I have wool for sale. Maybe you want some roving that is already washed and carded if you are just learning to spin so it will save you work.I have roving for sale. It only took me forever to get these on here, but I wanted to post pics of the wool I got from Sara! I got some of the craft wool and it's really nice for spinning! As far as what I got it actually is more like it's matted some, not quite felted! Mine has been easy to gently pull open and then you have these wonderful locks! It has been nice to card, but a lot of it is wonderful to spin straight from the locks! I have had very, very little that was waste! Here are some pics of what I have been spinning!

| Wow Monica! What great pictures! You are an amazing spinner! This really showcases what a person can do who is willing to take the time to carefully prepare the fiber. Sara, Thank you for the compliment! It really is very nice to spin and the locks are just fascinating to me! They are so lovely and it really is neat to spin straight from the locks! Maybe I should stop raving about it though until after I order more!!!
