I got my bag from Gail - it is so cute, with vintage-y seed packet print fabric. I just love it. Hers should be going in the mail today, tomorrow at the latest - sick kids, baby chicks etc. here at the house today so I'm hoping my plan stays on track

Hi Everyone, I received my newest tote from Barbara and its great!! It's theme is a farm scene all over the bag. I am using it as my spring handbag, I like it so much. If I can figure out how to post a picture I will. Barb if you have a picture of it would you post it so everyone can see what a lovely bag you made. Toni

Melissa, I'm ashamed to say I didn't make it to the post office until this morning. It's on it's way.......finally. Sad thing is, I had it done on time, just couldn't make it to the post office.

Kris, you are right - this is so fun!

Amy Grace - I'm glad my bag arrived and that you like it. I am enjoying the swaps. Don't worry as to when you can get your bag mailed out to me as I enjoy surprises in the mail. Hope your kids are feeling much better. Now breathe and have a nice warm cup of tea and maybe even a cookie or two. It works for me. :)

Toni, I am so glad you like the bag. Unfortunately I did not take a picture of it before I sent it. Glad to know you can use it as your spring handbag. It was a fun fabric to work with and I thought it appropriate for a farmgirl! Barb

Christine, I'm so sorry...your bag is done and I haven't been able to get to the post office either! Yours went out this morning and mine arrived yesterday! I just love it - beautiful!!! I wish my sewing abilities were that good! I'm posting it on my blog this morning so by the time my slow ol computer downloads the picture - look for it this afternoon!

Amy Grace- I just received your bag today, It's beautiful! Thank you. What a great seamstress you are. Very nice job. A farmers market bag for sure. I'm hoping to get back to sewing as well as I use to. This has been great practice for me again doing these swaps. Really enjoy it. Thank you for the seeds as well.

I got my cute little shopping bag today from Lori!! It's so cute. It has a horse on the front. And when I got to the mailbox I smelled something so good and it was the bag from Lori. She had put this great smelling bath salts inside the shopping bag. I love it. Thank you so much. I will use it alot.

Hugs, Kris

Melissa, your bag arrived Tuesday. It was a sweet surprise coming at just the right time. I needed that little pick-me-up.
It's perfect - something I would choose for myself. Don't sell your sewing abilities short, you did a great job. I really like how you did it. What a neat idea.

Thanks a bunch!

I got a beautiful bag today from Toni! Thank you..I love it. The blue and yellow prints and stripes are just great. It will hold a ton of stuff for my summertime adventures. Curious, what did you use for the firm bottom? It seems to be really tough, but lightweight. I might like to try it for future bags. Thanks again!

Hi Barb, I always seem to enlist my Dh for help with my projects and he gave me a piece of
countertop formica. He lays countertops, he rounded the corners and cut it to fit. So glad you
liked it. Toni
