My local Sam's Club had one of these set up and they're $799.00

Too rich for my blood, but I can dream!

Very, very cute and very convenient. We could easily build that ourselves, girls. For a lot less!

I'm sure we could build the planters and add the grid for vining plants, but installing the timed automatic watering system might be a little trickier...well for me anyway!

Diana, you can do anything with a little help/advice from your local hardware store. You can buy timers that go right on your faucet. It's not as hard as you think! Besides, if you had an automatic waterer hooked up to it, you might end up ignoring it for days and little things could end up munching down all your hard work without your even noticing. Not to mention a variety of other catastrophes that could happen if you're not paying close attention. I guess you can tell I'm not a big fan of automatic waterers ;)

That is very impressive. What a good project. I'd love to have something like that.
