Heather - try googling either "pastpatterns" or patterns from the past. One of those has some vintage lingerie patterns - nice score on the dresses!!

Make one out of light weight cotton and and big ruffles around the bottom. It is all long rectanguler strips - eight put elastic around the top or put on a waistband with a button the add really thick heavy ruffles round the bottom. You can even add netting. Easy. Have done dozen of them for poodle skirts and Halloween costumes.

May the force of the Horse be with you.
