Hi Gabe,

I am pretty new here so I don't know if this has ever been suggested.
My apologies if it has.

My thoughts are on having a Forum (section) dedicated to Preserving the Harvest: including canning, drying, smoking, etc. Maybe call it "The Root Cellar" or "Canning Pantry". A place where there can be inquiries, recipes, tips, etc.

Just a thought :) Thanks for listening :)

I can certainly look into that.

It might be that it goes best under Farm Kitchen, or another pre-existing Forum.

I'll see, anyway, Calicogirl.

It's best for now if you just start that as a new topic under Farm Kitchen: Preserving the Harvest. If it stays active enough (like the Bread topic), we can always make it sticky, so that it will stay at the top.

Thanks for the suggestion, Calicogirl, and we'll keep it in mind for the future.
