It's been awhile since I've been pregnant, but am wondering if anybody has any ideas on helping morning sickness?

Blessings!

It has been a long time for me, but I remember peppermint tea.

Check out Earth Mama Angel Baby website, they sell an herbal tea for morning sickness and though it doesn't make it go away it does help ease it. Real ginger ale or ginger candy chews help, but I couldn't stand those. With my third pregnancy I drank the tea mentioned above and that is the only thing that made a real difference.

Ginger candies were pretty good and there is the emetrol. It helped alot. I had wicked bed morning sickness with my first one.
Hope it helps. :)

My husband brought me both the raspberry tea and the ginger candies. Nothing seems to really help. I'm trying not to get medicines.

Blessings!

I had HORRIBLE morning sickness. So bad I had to get hydration through an IV (once). Lucklily I was told by a midwife of many decades to eat Asparagus. There is some enzyme or vitamin or the combo of the two that settle an expecting mommas tummy. Any your in luck because it is in season. It didn't seem to matter how I prepared it but it really helped so much I was eating it everyday.
Hope that helps. The other thing I did was eat too much ice cream. It was helpful at the time but a tough habit to break. lol
Best of luck,
Heide

I have this clay called bentonite clay.I mixed 1 teaspoon of that with 8oz of water and took it two times a day. I took it whenever I had a moment of not feeling sick. I had really bad morning sickness at first but then it turned very mild and disappeared much earlier than with my other three children.

Oh I had such horrible morning sickness! I just had to keep grazing through the day. If I got hungry at all I was done for for a couple of days!
