It's so funny how such tiny things can bring such JOY isn't it?
I picked up 6 Americauna chicks last week at our local feed store (the buffs, a fave of MINE too! were all gone). I can't WAIT to see what they look like when they grow up.

Our kitty Stormy Sky just had kittens!! 4 little ones that she is protecting fiercely! Lands sake alive, she won't let me get near her! I'll take pictures when I can. I'm afraid she'll scratch my eyes out if I get too close!! sheesh!!
They are so cute, Rene. And growing. I am getting mine in a few weeks. Can hardly wait. I wasn't going to get any more babies, but everyone that has them has made me want to get more. So I guess I'll just give in and get some. The Buff's will come in later than the rest. I am going to get a roo, too.

I went by the feed store today and they had BR, RIR and auracanas. I think I might get some BR tomorrow. But I told them when they order the Buffs that I want 15 and a rooster. He said it will be April 22nd now because the place he gets his chicks from is all out til then. People are buying them as fast as they hatch.
So I guess I will wait til then.
