http://www.staplescabinetmakers.com/products_farmtable.htm I think these tables are gorgeous! They're made from recycled antique wood (green) and are unusual. They don't list the prices, you have to email them....but check out the various pieces.

That is one of my wishes, one day, to own one of these tables!

Those are beautiful tables. When we sold our small farm everyone clamored for barn wood and I said 'go-take'. I was so heartsick that we had to move I didn't want anything--of course now I regret that. Everything got torn down in the name of progress. MB

Those are so nice! We are looking for another coffee table, one of those would be great.

Our boss wants to tear down the horse bard and build a new one. It's been up since 1916 at least that year is carved in it, as well as names and dates from the 30's and 40's of people who have worked here before. There are some big posts that hold up the roof.. They are red and smooth from years of horses rubbing them.

I'm suppose to get an addition to the kitchen/dinning room. If and when that happens we'll need a bigger table, to feed my big crews twice a year. I would love to have him re-purpose the barn wood and those big posts into a table. It's been standing for so long, it would break my heart to see it in the dump :( All the names should be saved too..keep the history..

That site has some gorgeous stuff!

I love it when old farm buildings get used for something new and useful. We are building on to our house and plan on using as much old wood as we can. I think it adds so much warmth and personality.

Those are really cool and rustic-looking! I want my own house so bad so I can decorate it to my liking!
