Good Afternoon,
We had 60 degree weather last Wednesday, Friday we had 6 inches of snow, and today the sun is shinning and it is 35 degrees, you just can't beat living in Nebraska! |

Like that here too. We are supposed to get some snow tonight..but it was 45 degrees this afternoon..so we will see. It can drop temp really quick here too for sure.

Pretty much the way it is here too...it's supposed to be cold this week, but we'll be having a rain/snow/slush mix by Wednesday. We've had a nice melt off and I can smell the earth...what a tease!

What you girls are describing ia normal here! My Grandpa used to say,"if you don't like the weather just wait five minutes and it will change...the only place where you can get rained on, snowed on, and a sunburn all in the same day" so true...Debbie

Terri,
drive safe....according to the weather report, Spokane's West Plains (where i live) is suppose to get 2-5" of snow! I should have called in sick at work and gone to the Sewing Expo over in Puyullup(sp)....and drowned my Snow Blues in fabric and notions! lol!

I live in Central Minnesota, we have about 8 inches of new snow on the ground and it is still coming down, the wind is starting up, so I'm sure it will be a nasty evening. Guess winter is not over yet.

Well Marybeth,,, we got a snow last nite & the dawgone stuff is still on the ground...butttt, the sun is starting to peek through....fingers & eyes crossed that this new snow will melt off!

Today it is 65 degrees and sunny with wind gusts at 30 mph. Quite blustery! Snow in the forecast for this weekend.

Please keep that snow in WA, Grace! Here in the Chicago area it is nearly 60 for the next 5 days! The winds are blowing and making it a bit chilly still, but who cares? The snow and ice are all gone at last! I suppose it is too much to ask that it not come back! May 15th is our final frost date, but a farmgirl can dream can't she?

Hey Deb, send that weather and robin my way, I am in west central Minnesota. Forecast is for 50 by Saturday, but then I think back to reality and winter. Was quite nice yesterday, almost 40, but the wind was cold - nevertheless, the dog and I bundled up and went for a walk, and we have plans to do so again today. I just keep telling myself, Spring is Coming, Spring is Coming, Spring is Coming . . .

Gusty winds here today, but temps in the 60's(35 degrees warmer than Monday and Tues.). I'm more than ready for springtime and warmer temps on a daily basis!

Crazy weather here also, Last weekend we had 6 and 1/2 inches of snow(thats a lot for us) and this weekend it suppose to 70 CRAZY!!

Same here Tina - I'm in Minnesota - a week ago yesterday we had close to 12" of snow - today closing in on 50. The saying here is, if you don't like the weather, just wait 12 hours. I worked like crazy yesterday getting all of my inside things done so I could go outside today, it may change in 12 hours LOL.

Expecting record breaking high temp today. Nearly 80! Then the bottom drops out and we get cold again...drat! :(
