I am so confused. There are so many blogs I have looked at recently. On one of them someone told about a whole body cleanse that lasts 10 days and you only drink distilled water with cayenne pepper and molasses, I think. But now I cannot remember who's blog it was on.
If anyone knows where I saw this, or who's it is, I'd love to know more about it.

That sounds like it's the one. But I know I saw someone's blog on here talking about it, too.
I went ahead and made a copy of it. It looks really interesting. I might have to try it and right before Lent would be a good time for me.
Thanks for looking this up. If you are thinking about trying it, let me know. They say to do it with someone else. Makes it go easier, I guess. That way we can cheer each other on.
