Yesterday was a gorgeous day here. The sun was shining, it was 50 degrees and the snow and ice were melting. Needless to say, I was thrilled with such a gorgeous day.
Today it is cold, hardly 30 degrees, cloudy and snowing. When will this winter be over?
Here in Billings Montana right now is about 48 degrees and sunny. Sorry but we need it. Maybe later this week you will be back in the 50's with sun. Wishful thinking? Hope not. Wrap up in that big quilt and have a hot tea on me.
It is a brisk 19 and very windy here in the Chicago area. They claim we will get up to 45 on Saturday! Boy do we need it too! It has been one heck of a cold winter here. I can't remember the last time I saw the grass. Maybe the snow will melt by Sunday.
